 The Team Diagnostic© assessment is a unique benchmarking tool. Designed and developed by Team Diagnostic International, the assessment measures 14 productivity and environmental strengths. It measures the strengths and weaknesses of the team itself rather than of the individuals that comprise the team. The assessment includes open-ended and essay-style questions and is fully customizable for specific teams.
Benefit: It is not a generic survey, but a concentrated assessment used to create a customized team profile.
Result: A graphic representation that clearly shows the areas for learning focus. Team coaching provides facilitation and accountability, to reach goals agreed upon by the team.

The survey is administered online so that each member can fill it out on their own. Results are then summarized and presented. Included in the presentation is coaching with the entire team to create a plan for addressing key areas and brainstorming ways to capitalize on the team's unique strengths.
Your team will become more aware of itself and discover both its abilities and areas in need of improvement. We often assume that teams are static and unchanging. In completing the assessment, team members begin to challenge these assumptions and open up to creating a more effective team.
Follow-up team and individual coaching are available. The assessment fee is $450 per team member (five member minimum). Two follow up sessions of two-hours each are included to review results and create an action plan. Receive a discount when you sign up for three or six months of team coaching.
